I’m all about lifting up others and finding reasons to celebrate. I think every now and then you have to find impromptu ways to spread a little cheer. As you know, I’ve been teaming up with Rachel from Handmade Charlotte and she has shared with us this fun idea to bring a little joy to loved ones. And let’s face it, candy is always a good idea!

We found these cute mini paper bags, you can find them at Michaels. Then, using colorful mini-letter stamps, write out either a name or saying. Personalizing the bags with a name is a great idea, but I also really enjoyed the ones with sayings such as sparkle, cheer, celebrate, or love. Depending on the occasion you can really write anything you want, like Happy Birthday or Congratulations. We then filled the bags with an assortment of colorful candy. The idea is that this simple bag brings a little joy to those you love. It’s a fun and unexpected gift that is sure to put a smile on your friend’s face. If it is for a more special occasion, toss in a handwritten note or gift card to one of their favorite stores or restaurants.
