How is it already July? Where has this summer gone? I’m enjoying full-on summer mode and trying to savor these sunny days. I love the fun prints and patterns that appear in summer fashion. When I wore this linen tropical-inspired dress on our recent trip to Hawaii, I received so many compliments that I wanted to share it on Lavin Label. While the bold leaf print of this dress was perfect for Hawaii, it’s also a great choice for any summer day! Tropical leaves are huge this season and I absolutely love them, so I could see myself wearing this dress the first time I came across it.

This Ann Taylor halter dress is super casual and lightweight, which is perfect for these 95 degree days in coastal Georgia. I paired this dress with my favorite navy espadrille wedges. They’re a great summer shoe because the neutral color pairs well with so many different outfits. I also love how the laces add just the right amount of detail. Given that the dress has such a bold pattern, the only jewelry I wore was my classic ivory quatrefoil preeti earrings. Both the wedges and earrings are from Tuckernuck! Since the dress has a beautiful halter neckline, I threw my hair into a low bun. I couldn’t forget to bring one of my trusty J.Crew Factory sun hats for some much-needed shade from the sun since we were headed to the beach!
