His attention to detail is unmatched. Next to his exquisite restaurant is his amazing Bouchon Bakery. Initially opened as a place to provide restaurants with one of a kind breads, the bakery has now become a go-to spot for locals and visitors alike. Specializing in artisanal breads and classic desserts, this is one tasty spot!

Gotta Have

Everything on the Bouchon Bistro menu is divine, two of my personal favorites being the Steak Frites (pan seared steak with carmelized shallots) and the Moutes au Safran (mussels steamed with white wine, dijon mustard and saffron). Both are served with French fries and they are skinny and fried to crunchy perfection. There is something so satisfying about having the perfect French fry! Walk next door to the Bouchon Bakery and indulge in their oversized macarons! They are the best. Having pastries and breads there, you might just think you are in Paris.
