Everyday around 5:00 PM, I find myself snacking to hold myself over till dinner, since we usually have dinner around 7 or 8. I used to always reach for chips, chex mix, or anything I could get my hands on. Today, I’m focusing on healthier snacking options and enjoy trying new recipes. I was reading that Gabby Douglas, the Olympic Gymnast, loves to snack on frozen yogurt blueberries when she’s training. Since you only need two ingredients, they’re super easy to make, not to mention both healthy and delicious. This is such a healthy combination since blueberries are packed with antioxidants, and yogurt has so many health benefits and is a wonderful source of probiotics.
