While I was exploring the grounds of the Seven Stars Resort, I stumbled upon this large scale chess set. I was immediately drawn to it since I grew up playing chess with my Dad. Not only does the game instantly become more fun when played on a life-sized chess board, but it was in the midst of the luscious tropical Seven Stars Resort in the Turks and Caicos. Needless to say, this was a fabulous way to spend the afternoon.

Since I was planning on heading to the pool, I wore this J.Crew Factory Coral Swimsuit with removable halter straps. Everyone should have a cute and classy one piece swimsuit that they can wear for different occasions. I also love this particular suit because the coral color is ideal for a tropical vacation, and very flattering. I threw on this adorable ruffle tunic on my way to the pool since it’s fashionable and screams resort wear. This light and breezy tunic serves as the perfect coverup! I knew I was going to be in the hot sun all afternoon, so I wore my panama hat for some portable shade; this has quickly become one of my beach essentials. I wore this hat several times during my JetBlue Getaways Beach Trip, and have loved wearing it around St. Simons. I’m still dreaming of the gorgeous scenery at Seven Stars. I couldn’t get enough of their phenomenal beach views, which can be seen from the pool, beach, and this gorgeous deck that overlooked their crystal blue waters. The Seven Stars resort is perfectly designed to facilitate your dream vacation.
