Inspiration for your Easter Brunch

Today I’m sharing the images from my very first Lavin Label photo shoot from last year. I thought it would be fun to go through the archives and reminisce over some of my favorite shots from the story. I’m also discussing three easy and creative ideas that you can add to your Easter brunch!

I am especially thankful for everyone that helped me create this story last year. I was just getting started, so it means the world to me that you supported me from day one.

Last year’s shoot turned out to be the perfect spring day in Sea Island, Georgia to host an Easter brunch for my girlfriends! Elle Smith captured the delicate pastel colors of the Easter tablescape, florals, and bubbly bar! We sipped on champagne and ate mini egg and spinach frittatas. These fun Easter outfits were from TibiDevon Baer, and Camilyn Beth. It was fitting that a perfect southern Easter soiree was captured on the grounds of one of the quintessential jewels of the south–the Cloister at Sea Island, Georgia.

Consider adding these three fun things to your Easter brunch:

Create a Bubbly Bar. Pour freshly squeezed oranges and grapefruits in your heirloom decanters to add a touch of sophistication to your bar. Accessorize your bar with Dot and Army seersucker cocktail napkins.

Design a Tulip Centerpiece. Grab three glass vases of varying heights and widths and fill them with cut tulips. Special thanks to Emily Burton of Emily Burton Designs, who helped create this lush tulip look!

Offer Guests a Moss Covered Cross. I love to give my family and friends a small keepsake when they head home on Easter Sunday. If you’re looking for an easy DIY gift, hot glue popsicle sticks into the shape of a cross. Then, cover with moss and secure with hot glue to create a simple and unique cross.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend with family and friends. He is risen!
